The White Barn blends rustic charm with modern comfort. An open, light-filled interior made for gathering and unwinding, with 100 acres of rolling hills, two ponds, and wooded trails just outside the door.

Yes. A one-hour ceremony rehearsal is included and scheduled based on venue availability.

Absolutely. Couples may add a Pre-Wedding Gathering — such as a rehearsal dinner or welcome gathering — or a Farewell Gathering such as breakfast or brunch. Optional gatherings are available for up to 40 guests with advance approval. Casual gatherings within the Barndominium are included for up to 16 registered overnight guests.

Signature Estate Weddings include luxury guest restroom accommodations with two private stalls and ADA accessibility. Upgraded or expanded options are available for an additional investment.

Guests staying overnight may keep personal belongings within their accommodations through checkout. Event-space items and next-day vendor pickups follow the approved event timeline.

Pets are welcome only with prior written approval and must follow Stonewall Meadows pet guidelines.

We'll work with your coordinator to use the approved weather plan and available Stonewall spaces. Detailed weather and force-majeure provisions are included in your agreement.

Yes. We maintain a current list of recommended local vendors and are happy to share it with couples and event hosts. Contact us for our most up-to-date recommendations.
A professional month-of coordinator is required for every Stonewall Meadows wedding and must be selected from our Approved Wedding Partner Collection unless otherwise approved in writing.
Couples select from our Approved Wedding Partner Collection in designated vendor categories.
All bar service is provided by an approved Stonewall Meadows bar-service partner. Complete alcohol guidelines are included with the wedding agreement.

Standard wedding-day venue access begins at noon.
Receptions conclude by 10:00 PM.
Vendors depart by 11:30 PM unless approved next-day pickup arrangements have been made.

Celebrations at Taylor Hall require approved shuttle transportation for guests and the wedding party between designated guest parking and the venue.
Shuttle service is arranged separately by the couple from our Approved Wedding Partner list.

The Signature Stonewall Trolley is included for wedding-day guest transportation with the Signature Estate Wedding.
For Intimate Weddings, the Stonewall Trolley and hay wagon are available as wedding-day add-ons, based on availability.
